Our Comprehensive 6-Step Off-Site Rug Cleaning Process
1. DETAILED PRE-INSPECTION: We test your rug for structural damage, color-fastness, and fiber type to determine the safest possible cleaning technique.
2. DEEP MACHINE DUSTING: Standard vacuuming misses dry, abrasive soils trapped at the base of the pile. We gently dislodge pounds of hidden dirt and grit first.
3. PRESSURE PRE-TREATMENT: High-traffic zones and problematic spots are treated with 100% biodegradable, pet-safe enzymes to dissolve stubborn grime.
4. DOUBLE SIDED DEEP WASH: Rugs are then wash and thoroughly rinse on both sides to ensure than dirt and stains are removed.
5. CONTROLLED DRY ROOM: Rugs are transferred to a climate-controlled environment to dry quickly, preventing fiber shrinkage or color bleeding.
6. FINAL GROOMING & QUALITY CONTROL: We brush the fringe, inspect the pile under high lighting and a final inspection is done for quality control and it is ready to be rolled and deliver back to customer.

Professional Area Rug & Oriental Rug Cleaning in Toronto, ON
Your delicate area rugs are more than just functional floor pieces—they are investments that add warmth and character to your space. Over time, deep-set dirt, traffic allergens, and pet dander break down fibers, dulling their natural vibrant colors. At Moore's Cleaning Service we treat your fine textiles with the dedicated care they deserve.
For over 35 years, our family-owned business has provided premium, off-site rug cleaning throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Washing delicate wool or authentic Persian heirlooms on a living room floor risks mold growth and fiber rot. Instead, our specialized off-site care facility provides a deep, multi-stage submersion wash that traditional home vacuums simply cannot match.
Whether you need severe pet urine odor removal for a synthetic runner or specialized cleaning for a delicate hand-woven rug, our professional technicians customize our treatment to your rug's exact material.

Persian Rug Cleaning
With over 30 years experience in the cleaning of Persian rugs we understand the quality and care it takes in getting your rug looking like new again. We will come to your home to inspect your rug, take the time to answer any questions and give an estimate for the proposed work. Once you are satisfied with the information, your rug is taken to a dedicated facility where it is dusted to remove dirt and small particles. Your rug is then cleaned and gently rinsed. Just like the washing process is particular to your rug, so is the drying method specific to the type of rug as well. Some rugs are hung to dry naturally, while others are dried flat. Our cleaning process uses no harsh chemicals to wash or dry your persian rug. A final inspection is done to make sure the results are satisfactory. If they are not, the process is repeated. Once your persian rug is looking and smelling great, it is then delivered back to you home.
