Area Rug Cleaning Process
1. INSPECTION: Every rug goes through a inspection process to identify stains, odor, damages and discolourations. Pictures are taken and rugs are tagged and categorized by size type and customer.
2. DUSTING: Proper dusting is a very important step in cleaning of area rugs. Each rug are dusted with our state of the art dusting machine to ensure that all dust particles and allergens are removed.
3. PRE-TREATMENT: Each rug are pre-treated to aid in the removal of soil and stain and if needed are deodorized to remove odor. The pre-treatment is done by pressure washing each rug to break down and remove soil and stains.
4. MACHINE WASH: Rugs are then wash and thoroughly rinse on both sides to ensure than dirt and stains are removed.
5. DRYING: After the rugs are washed they are sent up to our drying room to remove all water and moisture from your rug.
