    I just wanted to let you know how extremely satisfied I was with the cleaning of the blinds, as

    well as the conscientiousness of your service person.He called to tell us what time to expect him and then

    call again to say he had been about 1/2 hour delayed. It was not an easy "take down" of the

    blinds given I suspect was a poor installation originally.
