Our top priority at Moore's Cleaning is the safety and the well-being of our clients and our staff. Since the onset of COVID-19, we’ve followed the guidance of federal, provincial, and local authorities to curb the spread of the infection.
We have put into place all the necessary measures to minimize the spread of COVID-19. Here is what to expect prior to our carpet cleaning visit or upholstery visit to your residence or office.
Within our own office space all our working spaces are regularly wiped down with disinfectant.
- ​Our technicians will wear face masks at all times.
- Our technicians will wear shoe covers at all times while in your home.
- Their hand are wash and sanitized before and after each appointment.
- Our technicians have been trained to avoid touching their eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
- Our technician will always maintain Physical Distancing – being at least 2 meters apart.
- They will not shake hands
- They will not accept food or beverages
- They will not share materials
- Sneeze or cough into their sleeve
- Our technicians will clean up after they are done. Cleanliness is paramount
