Every Rug Receives Individual Care
1. INSPECTION: Our area rug cleaning service includes a thorough inspection of every rug to identify stains, damage, and discolourations. Pictures are taken, and rugs are tagged and categorized by size type and customer.
2. DUSTING: Proper dusting is a very important step in our area rug cleaning service. Each rug is dusted with a dusting machine to ensure that all dust particles and allergens are removed.
3. PRE-TREATMENT: Each rug is pre-treated to aid in the removal of soil and stains and, if needed, is deodorized to remove odour. The pre-treatment is done by pressure washing each rug to break down and remove soil and stains.
4. MACHINE WASH: Rugs are then washed and thoroughly rinsed on both sides to ensure that dirt and stains are removed.
5. DRYING: After the rugs are washed, they are immediately sent up to our drying room to remove all water from your rug.
6. FINAL INSPECTION: After the area rug is completely dry, a final inspection is done for quality control, and it is ready to be rolled and delivered back to the customer.
